We provide professional design, general contracting and project management services to architects, designers and personal clients for custom homes, additions and renovations.
Our office has been based in Laguna Beach, California for 20 years. We also have international projects, clients and resources from Grand Cayman to New Zealand.
DESIGN
Our comprehensive design service for our clients include:
Initial consultation: Discuss and prioritize your project and goals. Discuss the project scope, design requirements and building options. We will develop the design estimate fitting your project.
Design options, consulting and client meetings
Site work: Measuring and calculations taken. We provide land survey, structural, geologic and soils engineering referrals for clients. Existing structures, if present, are detailed on the drawings.
Provide alternate designs and value engineering to help our clients determine and develop final project choices, material applications and a design to fit their budget.
Design Drawings
Develop plan drawings with client reviews. Consult and coordinate the developed design drawings with all engineering documents. Consult and coordinate with applicable governing bodies: Federal, State, Municipal, Community association, Community development officers; Design review, Zoning, Public works, Planning and Building departments.
Completed design drawings will be ready for permit applications and project plan review.
